The delivery plan makes dependencies visible and identifies where custom engineering is required, from document ingestion to integration with older software.
Design control into the system.
We define data access boundaries, authentication, secrets handling, logging and permitted actions around the workflow. Deployment choices follow your data and operating requirements. Security reviews, retention rules and any required formal assurance are scoped with your team; a technology choice alone is not a compliance guarantee.
Roll out with evidence and a recovery path.
We test the system end to end, including failure conditions. Staged rollout, monitoring and rollback procedures help the operating team understand what is changing. We document ownership, dependencies and support boundaries so the system can be maintained after launch. Existing AI prototypes can be assessed for this same route to production.
