The need
A tender is many files at once: scans, archives, old Office documents. The team has to know fast what the buyer requires and where it says so.
What we built
Three ArtNovation engineers, eleven months: a system that reads tender documents, checks against procurement law, a large part of the application and the infrastructure on AWS.
- Answers with their source · Ask about a tender: the system answers and shows the passage it knows it from. It reads scans too.
- Procurement-law compliance · It checks a tender's terms and its equipment requirements against rules written down from the law.
- Quality you can measure · We check the answers on a test set and compare models, cost included.
What changed
Every answer can be checked against its source. The application gained, among others, the company profile, matched tenders, buyer pages, Word export and deadline reminders.
The portal crawler, billing and the base infrastructure were built by the client's team. The system supports a specialist; it does not replace a lawyer. We make no time-saving claim we have not measured.
A similar task?
Does your team read long documents and decide on them or turn them into bids? We start with one kind of document and the rules you judge it by today.
