Privacy.

The controller of your personal data is ArtNovation sp. z o.o., Tadeusza Kościuszki 30/4, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland (NIP 6312692608). This website presents our work and services.

We use the information you send us to reply and to discuss possible cooperation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or of steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply. Please do not send sensitive business or patient information in a first enquiry.

The “Book a call” button opens a Calendly calendar in a new tab. Calendly's privacy policy covers the booking, its cookies and the details you give there. You can email or call us instead.

When you enter a NIP (Polish tax number) in the price calculator, our server looks the company up in the Ministry of Finance VAT white list, the National Court Register (KRS) and the NIPRegon service (for revenue from the annual statement). We pass them the NIP only, not your IP address. We keep the answer (name, legal form, activity, revenue) in the server's memory for up to 7 days so the registers are not asked twice. To stop mass lookups, the server keeps your IP address and the number of lookups until the end of the day at most. The basis is steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the lookup limit, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

The server may log ordinary requests to deliver the site and keep it secure. We add no advertising trackers or analytics.

This website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
